There is a rising consciousness in the world that all animal species are inter-related, that we need and must nurture each other in ways that humankind is only dimly beginning to understand. More and more towns and cities in the U.S. are pledging themselves to NO MORE HOMELESS PETS! The basic tools for doing this are: Spaying and Neutering, Sheltering, and Offering for Adoption.
